Australis specialises in Property insurance and our approach to your submission will reflect your individual requirements. We have significant capacities, high local claims settling authorities and an innovative approach to underwriting.

Whether you have a standard property risk, a high hazard risk or a hard to place risk we can often assist with a minimum of fuss.

The range of properties we can insure span massive through to inferior construction for occupations in retail, food, manufacturing, licensed and unlicensed clubs, backpacker hostels, adult industry and storage. In principle, we will accept risks of virtually any occupancy including woodworkers, sawmills, plastics, fibreglassing and risks including sandwich panelling (EPS).

Every risk is individually underwritten both at original inception and renewal thereby ensuring that we maintain currency of risk profiles and provide you with market competitive terms. We also write Co-Insurance lines.
