Gary Marshall - General Manager- Operations (Director and Joint CEO)
Gary has over 10 years experience in the Insurance Industry as an Administrator and holds a Diploma of Accounting, is a Fellow of the National Institute of Accountants (FPNA)and an Associate of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance & Finance.Gary has over 35 years experience in accounting and administration. He has held the positions of Chief Financial Officer or General Manager in a wide range of industries including Insurance,food processing, manufacturing, hospital management, retail sales & distribution and professional training.
Gary is General Manager - Operations (Director and Joint CEO) of Australis GROUP UNDERWRITING and responsible for the C.E.O functions of Operations and Administration. Gary is also responsible for management of all financial, accounting and systems functions.

Aadeel Mills - Operations Accountant
Aadeel is Operations Accountant of Australis GROUP UNDERWRITING and has over ten years experience in accounting in various industries including Finance and the Aged Care Industry. Aadeel has three years experience in Insurance with Australis and is responsible for accounting, bordereaux preparation, reconciliations and reporting functions.Aadeel is also the liaison person for Information Technology for the Sydney and Melbourne offices.

Sanja Olujic - Senior Operations Associate
Sanja is Senior Operations Associate of Australis GROUP UNDERWRITING and provides administrative support to our five Divisions. Sanja has two years experience in the Insurance industry with Australis and is currrently enrolled in the Certificate IV Course in Financial Services - General Insurance. Sanja is responsible for credit control at Australis and is the main contact for brokers in relation to payment of accounts. Sanja also handles the Insurance System maintenance, processing of the more complex policies, maintenance of the marketing databases and issues periodical broadcast emails to brokers.

Baraha Rajab - Operations Associate
Baraha is an Operations Associate of Australis GROUP UNDERWRITING and provides administrative support to our five Divisions. Baraha has just over one year of experience with Australis and is currrently enrolled in the Certificate IV Course in Financial Services - General Insurance. Baraha is responsible for reception, client and broker file maintenance, distribution of closings to GOSS (Gallagher Off Shore Services) for processing and policy issuance.

Nicole Platt - Senior Claims Associate
Nicole is Senior Claims Associate and Underwriting Associate of Australis GROUP UNDERWRITING. Nicole has extensive experience in the Insurance and Finance Industries. Majority of her experience has been in claims involving property, liability and motor vehicle. Since joining Australis in 2006 Nicole has worked in handling property claims and has been responsible for coordinating property, liability and construction claims with all major insurers.
