Frank Van Rooy - Branch Manager Victoria and Underwriting Principal
Frank is an industry professional with over 30 years experience in the insurance industry specialising in General Liability, Professional Indemnity and Directors and Officers Liability classes. He has held senior underwriting and management positions with both Australian and International Insurers.
Frank holds a Bachelor of Business degree, is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and is a Certified Insurance Professional. Frank is also a Director of the Underwriting Agencies Council.
Frank was a founding executive director of specialist insurance agency Aged Care Insurance Services which was acquired by Australis GROUP UNDERWRITING in July 2007.

Jim Petdro - Underwriting Principal
Jim has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry and has an extensive background in underwriting and claims management; having held senior underwriting and state management positions for a number of Australian and International Insurers.
Jim is a Senior Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and is a Certified Insurance Professional.
Jim was a founding executive director of specialist insurance agency Aged Care Insurance Services which was acquired by Australis GROUP UNDERWRITING, in July 2007.

Glenn Eason - Senior Underwriting Associate - Liability Melbourne
Glenn is a Senior Underwriting Associate for the Liability division of Australis Group Underwriting operating from our Melbourne office. Glenn has nearly 30 years experience in the Insurance Industry. For the past 15 years Glenn has specialized in underwriting hard to place and complex Liability programs into Lloyds for various Underwriting Agencies. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the acceptance of Liability risks and has underwriting authority to accept business for QBE and Lloyds.

Located in Melbourne, her primary responsibilities are to underwrite new business for the Melbourne market and take care of renewals and endorsements. Lorien has over seven years of extensive experience in the insurance industry in both underwriting and broking roles.

Nicole has been working within the insurance industry for 15 years for Australian and International Insurers. She has had extensive underwriting administration roles along with experience in property underwriting and claims management within the Workers Compensation sector. Nicole is dedicated to providing customer service to all types of personnel and assisting Jim & Frank within the Australis Care Division.
Nicole is an Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and working towards her Senior Associate qualification. She is a Certified Insurance Professional.

Susan is an Underwriting Support and Administration Officer of Australis GROUP UNDERWRITING and is located in our Melbourne office. Susan has extensive experience in Insurance companies and broking operations. Her role is to manage the administration of the Melbourne office and the policy production process for all products.
